The Journey to Self Knowledge Through Journal Writing Retreat
At this one day retreat, you will discover how journal writing can be a creative outlet for you as well as a vehicle for self-discovery. You will experience the fun and creativity of making your own “Joy Journal.” You will be given tools which will help you to tap into your inner wisdom, reconnect with your creativity, and you will uncover your dreams and visions which are waiting to emerge.
Let it Go, Let it Flow Retreat
In this one day retreat, you will learn how to let go of what no longer serves you. You will be given powerful tools which will help you to release anything that is keeping you stuck. You will learn how to live in an “Abundance Consciousness,” focusing on what you want more of in your life. You will identify your Core Values and how to live in alignment with them. In the afternoon, you will participate in a fun, and creative hands-on exercise.
Living in the Stream of Abundance Retreat
During this one day retreat you will learn the true meaning of abundance, discover how you can live a life rich in Abundance and Prosperity and you will come to believe that you are enough and that you have enough. You will be given tools to help you access the abundance that is already yours and you will learn how affirmations can be a powerful tool to blast through self-limiting beliefs.
The Artist’s Way Retreat: a Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity
At this two day experiential retreat, you will learn about the basic tools of The Artist’s Way, Morning Pages and the Artist Date. The Artist’s Way, Julia Cameron’s best selling book, will guide us on our journey. The retreat will be a combination of interactive exercises from the book, a hands-on Treasure Mapping session as well as music, drumming and lots of laughter and camaraderie with like-minded women. There will be free time in the afternoon for hiking, exploring, journaling, playing with art supplies and relaxing. In the evening we will gather around the campfire for our sessions.
The Masks We Wear, the Journey to Our Authentic Self Retreat
During this 2 ½ day retreat you will discover who you are without your mask, you will learn about what blocks you from being fully authentic with others. The retreat will be a combination of experiential exercises, a creative mask making session as well as personal retreat time to walk, explore, journal, take a nap, or just relax. There will be evening sessions around the campfire.
