Spring is just around the corner and that means spring cleaning. It’s time to clear the clutter that has accumulated over the winter. You know what I mean, the piles of paper, books, magazines and more. We usually think of clutter as something tangible, physical, something which affects our living environment in a negative way. Clutter in our physical space can also affect how we feel mentally. It can drain our energy, make us feel disorganized, stuck, listless, guilty and overwhelmed. Think about the areas of your life where you are procrastinating, feeling stuck, not taking action, delaying making decisions, not moving forward.

How can you Spring Clean your life this week, this month? What needs your attention? What is draining your energy? What negative attitudes need to be swept away? How can you create more space in your life for what really matters to you? What cobwebs need to be cleared away so you can see more clearly?

Spring is the perfect time to take a fresh look at those goals you set in January. Which ones do you need to re-evaluate, which ones do you need to let go of, which ones need freshening up? If you are ready to Spring Forward in your life, get rid of the clutter and start with a clean slate, contact me for a complimentary coaching session. I can help you move forward in your life with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
