A Place of Healing, Hope and Inspiration

Last Saturday I was privileged to spend the day with seven Amazing women at my Let it Go, Let it Flow Retreat in St. Paul. There is something deeply powerful and profound when like-minded women gather together for a day of healing, hope, and inspiration. Most of us came to the retreat not knowing each other. There were five new women at this retreat. By the end of the retreat after spending seven hours together, writing, sharing, being vulnerable, honest, and courageous, a bond was created among us. At the retreat we explored how to let go of what no longer served us by saying No to those self-defeating thoughts, habits and behaviors. We then discovered what we wanted more of in our lives by saying Yes to more abundance, creativity, freedom, financial security, self-care, healthy relationships, balance in our lives, and so much more. Through a series of written exercises, one on one coaching, a hands on creative exercise, sharing, trusting each other, and allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, we gained some important insights, and experienced some amazing aha moments.

Every time I facilitate a retreat, I am struck by the integrity, authenticity, courage and vulnerability of the women attending. It is an honor for me to witness the transformations that occur at my retreats. I am filled with gratitude when I reflect back on the day, from where we started to where we were at the end of the day.
